This is the schedule I'm currently trying to run on - I say trying because EGADS do I get zombie-mode during the day at work from 10am to 2pm-ish, sometimes lasting longer. It's a good thing my coworkers aren't the rat-me-out type or I'd probabaly be fired.
Everyman Schedule
Core Sleep 5am-8am (Currently considering an extension to 4-8)
Awake time: 5 hours
Nap 1 - 1pm-1:20-ish pm. Taken at work in my car.
Awake time: 6 hours
Nap 2 - 7pm - 7:20pm. Taken after I have time to settle down from my commute from work.
Awake Time 5 hours
Nap 3 12pm-12:20pm. Taken after the core meat of my day where I do things like go shopping, whatever. Also after my workout - I usually have little trouble sacking out here.
Awake time 5 hours - then back to the core at 5am.
