What Schedules Are Available?
I only know of three well documented schedules. They are Uberman (6x20), Everyman (3-4x20 + 1 core) and Dymaxion (4x30). Some have talked about triphasic sleeping schedules or other small variations but I would suggest sticking to Uberman or Everyman.

Yes
Why Would Anyone Do This?
Quite a few reasons:
-More free time

-Increasing lucid dreams
-Bragging rights
-To survive shift work
-Curiosity
What Happens if You Miss a Nap?
It depends on the schedule you use, missing a nap on Uberman can be difficult to recover from and leave you tired for a couple of days.
On Everyman it is much more forgiving, you can compensate by increasing your core sleep by an extra cycle, or add an extra 20 minute nap. Though many suggest that it is best to just carry on as if it didn't happen and in a day you'll have recovered from it.
How Do You Nap At Work?
First of all I would recommend letting your boss know that you will be requiring naps during the day, if this is a problem then you wont be able to do this. If it is not a problem then you must then determine what times will be best for napping. I personally nap at 10am and 2pm. This will be very dependent on your work schedule. You will also need a spot to nap, I personally use a large beanbag chair in my office, some sleep just on the floor with a pillow, some in a reclining chair, others hide in a closet. In addition to a pillow, I recommend an MP3 player with white noise and a face mask.
