My hobbies are simple ones: knitting and reading. Knitting is great to pass the time and keep my hands busy. Then if I want to relax and get myself to a sleepy state I read. Helps bring on some deep rest and good dreams.

You remind me of my girlfriend, every time there's even 20 seconds of free time she whips out her knitting stuff or a book and gets to work. At least i dont have to worry about her getting bored smiley

Hey, there is nothing wrong with constructive hobbies! smiley

I love reading too, but I tend to do beading (with seed beads) rather than knitting. I also enjoy listening to soothing/relaxing music on my iPod. I even have a "sleep" playlist.

Reading is great, but my eyes get too sore after a while. I tend to forget to blink enough. Does anyone else get frustrated about not being able to play instruments after 9 or 10pm because of the family?

Since my family's 2 levels above my basement, I play on a marimba without any trouble. I have to stay off the piano at nighttime, though.

Hi Lilyflower,

I enjoy reading too. Do you have any favorite books you enjoy reading? Recently, people are reading the new Harry Potter book that just came out. Are you a Harry Potter fan? Or anybody else one?

I just finished a Harry Potter marathon. My girlfriend wanted to see the new one but I had never seen any. So we watched one each night until i was caught up then went to the theatres to see the new one. I must say they were all very good, except for the Goblet of Fire which I didnt enjoy all that much.

I'd definitely like to read the books, if I ever find the time smiley

Hey Psilokan,

Sounds like you might be on your way to being a Harry Potter junkie. I have a niece that reads Harry Potter books all the time and has all the Harry Potter stuff like posters, games, etc. Maybe you know the answer to this. What's the number of goal posts on a Quidditch pitch? If you don't know the answer, my niece sure does.

The Harry Potter films are poor in comparison with the books, i suggest you try them.
Guitar, writing, reading and exercise keep me awake.

I like reading too. And like Lily said, it's good way to relax before nap. I also ride unicycle. It's good to ride on night times cause then I can excersise new tricks and fall all the time without nobody seeing :P Unicycling is really hard. I like unicycling on summer, and summer nights are better to ride cause there's no too hot.

I'm starting internet business too, so if I succes, I can do Uberman without problems :)
