what is the point of the 5 minute polynap mp3s? I definately enjoy the 26 minute one, I just dont see how you could get any rest out of 5 minutes. |

Yeah the server they were hosted on shut down, I will have to find a new mirror for them. |

Too bad, hope they will be online soon. Fall into sleep seems the most important thing in the world, until you lie down and cant fall asleep 
How do you realize your Alarm, when the Mp3 Player is still running? Is there a sound sign at the end of each track? |

Those sites dont make very good hosts. Files expire, long wait times, etc I wont be using them 
And besides, you can download them right from the creator's site. |

Does anyone find these really effective? I can kind of pass out while listening to the white noise MP3s, but I won't dream. Which is unusual for me, I dream and remember it almost every time I fall asleep, even if it's 5 minutes. So I think they interfere with my normal sleep process, and I don't get restful sleep from using them. |

I've had the same experience. I need to get some 6 hour ones for when I sleep at night. |
