Hi Everyone,
There's been some talk about caffeine on this forum and I was wondering if anyone considers them self addicted to caffeine? As you may know, caffeine is the top mood altering drug available to Americans these days. Many people can't start their day without a warm cup of coffee. Are you one of those people? |

I'm ashamed to admit it....but YES! I AM!
Yeah, I can't start my day without at least 1 cup of coffee, during weekends it gets bumped up to 4-5 cups, so I'm an addict.

I don't drink coffee, and not planning too ...
But if you have cookies with coffee on it ... they also get addictive ...
Might be best to just run away from coffee

I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but I love a lot of things with caffeine in it. Coffee is something I drink daily, though lately I've been drinking half cafe or decaf unless I really need the kick. Also drink a bit of pop, tea and other things which have caffeine in smaller amounts. |

I might try to go to half, but maybe completely decaf....who knows?
I drink tea every night, and soda at lunch, so I'm an all around caffeine addict.

No, I´m not addicted.
Although it´s kinda hard to start my weekend shifts in my sidejob without a good cup of coffee.
However, I found out that I won´t have a choice. Only half a bottle of coke seriously messed up my ability to fall asleep.
