This is very interesting sleeping shedule and fits for people who just want decrease their night time sleep and wants to sleep monophasic, or allmost.
In begin you sleep i.e. 20x25minutes, what is 8 hours. You put alarm for every 25 minutes and when it wakes you, you start sleep again and so on. It's horrible suffering. In theory you get rem early, and you can slowly decrease 25 minutes naps. 19, 18, 17.. and so on. I have no idea how much you can decrease your sleep time with Sufferman. Maybe I someday test it.

I don't really think this works. It will only get you sleep deprived, because you still sleep monophasic, with the small difference that you interrupt your sleep. You don't even get the normal amount of REM because the sleep cykle is about 90 minutes long. This will most likley just piss you off, and result in nothing really.
I believe it is best to start uberman right away, there hasn't been anyone who 'tweake' into it (a lot have tried though )
kind regards,

I don't really know how he came up with it, or who invented it, but I don't see how this is supposed to be working :/
There is no logic in it!

You can't really create a new sleep schedule unless you field-test it for at least a month before hand. Otherwise, anyone could go around creating new schedules:
"OMG, I have this awesomeman new schedule. Sleep for 10 minutes 10 times a day. If you're having problems, switch to my coolman schedule which is just sleeping 1 hour a day! I haven't actually tried it, but it sounds good!"
Yeah...right. |
