My sleep pattern used to consist of going to bed around 12-1am and sleep until 8am. The rest of the day I was working and often found myself getting sleepy around 3pm. That's when I would get a bite to eat or drink some soda so I'd wake up. After work, I'd exercise for an hour and prepare something for dinner. The rest of the day I'd either watch TV or spend time with family and friends.
The only problem with this schedule was not having enough time throughout the day to do things. I'm hoping my new schedule will create more time. Has anyone found they have more time through out the day once they follow a new sleeping pattern? |

Through out the "day" I would say no, as you lose an hour's worth of naps. But if you do things during the night time hours that were normally done during the day then yes. |

I consider myself to be a night person. I like the night hours because I get more things done. Everyone is asleep and I feel as though I have the whole place to myself. There's no one to stop what I'm doing and listen to, no one to give me their opinion on what I'm doing, and no one to disturb me. In fact, I often go grocery shopping at night. Its awesome! No long lines at the cash register and no big crowds of people blocking the isles. Its paradise!!!! |
