After a long hiatus, I have returned. I have not forgotten about this site, despite not being an active poly-phaser anymore. I just didn't have the time to invest in the site. I have a long list of updates and tweaks to put in place and I will be doing my best to bring them online over the next couple of weeks. The first of which is this new landing page, it will highlight all of the recent activity on the site which means recent sleep log posts wont get buried in with the rest of them.
I am happy to see that this site has lived on in my absence. I would love to see this site flourish. However that cannot happen without the help of all of you. I need people to start submitting content. Links, articles, youtube videos -- anything that you think the polyphasic community will find useful. Together we can make this site the one stop shop for all poly phasic sleepers.

Just deleted about 30,000 spam posts from the from the sleep logs. To prevent this from happening again I installed a captcha on the comment form as well.

Fixed all the links in the downloads section. My old file host vanished without a trace, so these files are now hosted on my servers.

Just revamped the articles page. Was never happy with the way the old one looked.
